Regards from Nashville

I have not been writing about my Number One hobby - Marathon Running - for a while. The reason is actually very simple: I have not had too much to tell. The last 12 months have not been very good ones what comes to my running. I had so called Piriformis Syndrome i.e. "pain in my ass". Literally. My butt was hurting bad when running. Then, after resting and stretching many months, I started to built up the running condition back to the level that full marathon becomes possible again. On April I had an opportunity to visit Las Vegas and I noticed that there is a marathon in Nashville, Tennessee. So, why not, I decided to attend.

I am happy about the run. No problems with Piriformis and I am also pretty satisfied with the time considering the long resting period. The weather was perfect, but the course had a lot of hills. Especially the first half. Anyway, nice experience. Many Country Music and Blues bands were playing during the run.
