TubeExpert Virtual Reality Bending Simulation allows to simulate the bending process on all computer hardware platforms and integrated with the main CAD-software packages. High precision simulations run in realtime. Automatic Process Optimization finds the optimum manufacturing process automatically. Many different makes with dedicated postprocessors for data-exchange between CAD-systems, tube-measurement-equipment and bending machines are already available.

The software allows the tube-designer to design for manufacturing and optimize the production-process in a very early stage of the design-process.

Furthermore it allows to calculate production costs as soon as a tube-design has been done.
