NAC, a division of New Automation Corporation, Burlington, Ontario, has developed a unique, servo fed cutting system designed to provide automotive cut quality at production rates that exceed tube mill speeds. Positioned inline with the tube mill, the gang saw system cuts up to 7" diameter, mill length tubes into 2 to 9 tubes of equal or unequal lengths.

Unique features include ultra-high cutting speeds with NAC's proprietary cutting algorithm, linear, top down cutting and automatic length adjustment. This system may be integrated with NAC's automated Deburring, Washing and Bundling equipment.
