Lincoln offers new robotic welding cell
The Lincoln Electric Co. has introduced a new pre-engineered robotic welding cell, the System 50.
This is a newly designed dual head and tailstock robotic welding cell configuration that extends the family of pre-engineered cell concepts offered
by the Lincoln Electric Automation Division. The system is a self-contained unitised work cell, featuring dual FANUC Alpha 6 servo driven
headstocks, an ARC Mate 100i robot and a choice of Lincoln power sources or even plasma cutting machines. The cell’s compact
footprint (164” x 90”) provides ample room to support a generous work envelop built around dual 60” span, 23” swing radius head/tailstock
postioners. The completed system includes metal side panels for safety, safety light fencing at both load areas, pneumatic operator arc shield
screens and dual operator control panels.
