Lincoln Industrial has introduced the QLS 301 lubrication pump system. This unit sets new standards for lubrication pumps. It is a complete system. It comes pre-assembled with everything a system needs: all kit components and a built-in safety valve. QLS 301 needs no system assembly like common lubrication systems. Up to 18 lubrication points can be supplied with NLGI 2 grease or oil directly from the pump at an affordable price. The long list of standard features is a remarkable characteristic of the QLS 301 pump.

It's compact. Minimal Dimensions with maximal performance: The QLS 301 is not only a pump. It has a control and monitor unit and a divider block as well. Therefore, it has all the components and all the functions needed to lubricate at a professional level. It's sturdy. The QLS 301 is sturdy and reliable, even when exposed to severe operating conditions. Temperatures ranging from –25^oC to +70 ^oC, high-pressure wash-downs (IP6K9K, NEMA 4 protection) or variable mounting positions are no challenge.

It's multi-tasking. The QLS 301 features multi-tasking. An integrated circuit board optimally controls pause and operating times, monitors the function to ensure lubricant is fed, and allows additional lubrication cycles to be initiated. The standard low level control ensures that filling occurs in due time and that the pump never runs empty. Settings are always at your fingertips - all settings are performed with ease via keypad. Settings and messages are shown on the built-in LED display.

The flexible design of the QLS 301 addresses the requirements of numerous applications for either steel tubing or for plastic tubing and quick connect fittings. Additionally, the complete system design reduces installation time and costs.
