This line of equipment includes four basic slitter models with the capacity to run steel from .008 inch (0.2mm) to .250 inch (6 mm) thick, and coil widths up to 60 inches (1530 mm) wide. These slitters have automatic changeover capabilities and can run speeds in excess of 500 ft. per minute (150 meters per minute) and produce up to 100 tons per hour.
