Kent Corporation is proud to announce the development and sale of a new automatic swaging machine capable of swaging up to 50 tubes per minute in an in-line or off line production environment. The revolutionary new machine as built can handle tube diameters from 1" - 3" with wall thickness as high as .090"and lengths from 10'6" through 22'. Machines with other tube diameter, wall thickness and length capabilities will be available. The system also incorporates a dedimpling head with the swaging machine to allow the customer the flexibility of dedimpling and/or swaging on the same machine. The machine is designed to pick tubes up from the tube mill runout table and automatically step them through the dedimpling and swaging processes at speeds that will keep up with today's typical tube mill output. The machine is entirely self-contained and can be moved from line to line or off line as needed. Kent Corporation and Buckeye Manufacturing Company shared their technology to incorporate several unique design features to nearly double the output of the machine. Kent Corporation will handle all sales for the new system.
