Hautau RC80 Rotary cutoff

HAUTAU has added a new, large-bore rotary tube cutoff machine to our product line of stationary tube, rotating head cutoff systems. The RC80 cuts tubes up to 9" (230mm) diameter with wall thicknesses of up to 1-1/2" (38mm). By machining both O.D and I.D chamfers at the time of cut, secondary handling and machining operations are eliminated. All cutting functions are programmable, including chamfering, grooving and rolling. Cut lengths and quantities are entered at the control console and multiple lengths can be cut in one setup. Complete part programs can be stored and recalled for even faster changeover. The hydraulic tube chucks are automatically positioned and require no adjustments. These machines use carbide parting and chamfering tools or chipless wheel-type cutters. Complete systems include a tube bundle loader or supply conveyor.
