To compliment Guild's line of strip shearwelders and horizontal accumulators, Guild recently introduced a complete line of entry end equipment. Guild now designs and manufactures uncoilers, speed funnels, flatteners, and outboard coil retainers.

The Guild uncoilers are available with either a single or double mandrel. The following options can also be provided; hydraulic expansion, hydraulic rotation, powered feed up drive and coil end snubbers, for removal of the band on the load side. An outboard coil retainer is also available for operator safety.

The Guild speed funnel is designed to be a quick and easy way to get heavier, wider coils from the uncoiler into the flattener or shearwelder.

The Guild flattener is designed to remove the coil hook off the tail ends of coil and feed the lead end strip into the shearwelder.

With the addition of this new equipment, Guild International is able to offer a true turnkey entry end system.
