At Duesseldorf Tube 98 exhibition Emmedi has presented "Maxweld", a new generation of solid state high frequency generators.

Maxweld incorporates all the advantages of this technology while preserving the characteristics that have distinguished Emmedi vacuum tube H.F. welders. For instance also Maxweld welders feature a compact, fully independent welding head, connected to the inverter cabinet through a flexible cable. In this way the inverter unit, with all the delicate electronic components, is stuffed far from the welding area, where tipically all the pollutants agents are concentrating.

Other caracteristics:
- constant power factor 0.95, at any output power setting
- higher output efficiency
- fully automatic auto-matching
- short circuit proof

As usual, these new welders are tailor-made, according to the specific requirements of each customer.
