The Supervisory Board of Rautaruukki has elected a new Board of Directors for Rautaruukki comprising seven members. Jukka Viinanen was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Georg Ehrnrooth was elected Deputy Chairman. Harri Hollmén, Christer Granskog, Carita Putkonen, Pekka Timonen and Mikko Kivimäki were elected members of the Board of Directors. The term of office for the Board will begin on 1 May 2001.
