Tube Tech Machinery has installed at Dalmine Tube Mill Plant, belonging to the international Techint Group, an innovative Tube Straightening Line.

The new equipment, developed by Tube Tech Machinery's Engineering Team together with Dalmine Technical Department, is fully automatic, all the rolls are equipped with vertical and angular independent adjustment and the first pair of rolls are equipped with a fast short-stroke system.

The inlet and outlet facilities are equipped with an automatic set-up of the parameters of tubes to be straightened in order to process with high speed (up to 210 m/min) tubes of different diameters.

New Equipment Information

Proceeding with the own original development program, Tube Tech Machinery got an order from Dalmine for a new CNC 4 heads machine for automatic gas-cylinder processing (drilling, milling, end facing and threading) which represents the last state of the art of these machines typology. Tube Tech Machinery develops and produces also complete finishing line for tubes.
