East Haven, CT. September 30, 1998. Thermatool Corp. has recently appointed Ridgewood Electric Limited, Brampton, Ontario, Canada, as a Franchised Service Center and Authorized Distributor for Thermatool's complete line of aftermarket products.

Effective immediately, Ridgewood will become an Authorized Stocking Distributor of replacement parts and consumable products, including solid state and vacuum tube welder spare parts, coils, impeders, ferrite, flying cutoff replacement parts, blades, jaws and dieset rebuilds.

Ridgewood Electric will also become a Thermatool Authorized Service Center, providing an additional layer of service capability to tube and pipe producers in the United States and Canada. This unique partnership will provide tubemakers with a broad range of services, including maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of welders, mill drives and other pipe and tube related equipment.
