After several deliveries to Finnish customers in the field of stainless steel ball valves, REIKA now delivers first machine of the Eco-line (RBZ 2000) to Finnland. Stainless steel tubes are cut to precise length with a rotary cut-off system and then automatically transferred to the double-end endworking unit. The standard carbide inserts reduce the tooling cost as there is no interrupted cut. The complete machining units are mounted on a oil and coolant proof machine bed. The toolheads of the endworking unit are CNC-controlled by an axial and a radial axis. Therefore also complex machining geometries can be achieved with minimum tool holder changes.
