Haven Manufacturing Corporation of Brunswick, Georgia (USA) has reached an agreement with EBM GmbH of Meitingen-Herbertshofen, Germany to be the exclusive manufacturer of Haven tube re-cutting systems.

Haven manufactures a full line of tube cutoff machines utilizing the 'dual-blade' and 'supported' shearing processes as well as tube end chamfering machines and wire brush deburring machines.

Ebm currently designs and manufactures a variety of tube end forming machines for expanding, beading, swaging, folding, flanges and other special shapes. The agreement between the companies is reciprocating and provides for Haven to build machinery in the United States for Ebm.

The agreement allows Haven to customize machine designs and specifications to the requirements of the European marketplace, while providing a centrally located manufacturing base to their customers. In addition to manufacturing, Ebm will provide service, design assistance, technical support and installation throughout Europe.
