Dear TubeNet visitor,

While I am still making a report from Euro-Blech '98 show I have now a pleasure to announce that TubeNet mirror-site in USA is now officially open. The site in Finland remains as it is and the updates will be made on both sites. Tubenet visitors can now use the site that works faster. Both sites have the same information.

Also, I am happy to notice that the new group "Technical Articles" has created plenty of interest within tube industry and I have already received several very well made Technical papers from corporations that have highly respected names. Of course I welcome more similar, carefully made technical papers related to our industry.

Another matter. You may notice that Tubenet pages will open faster. The structure of files have been changed because some files became so large, that the download time was getting too slow already. Now it's improved. This change was quite big one, and I would not be surprised if there will be some errors. Therefore, I would appreciate if you will let me know about errors if you find one!

Fabtech in US is also finished by now and as I didn't have the possibility to go there, I would like to have your comments on this show. How was it from Tube Industry point of view?

That's all this time. I expect to have the Euro-Blech report ready within a week.
