Happy new year to everybody. Holidays are over and there are two announcements to be made. Firstly, I am delighted to notice that the hit counter on the TubeNet Main page reached 200.000 hits milestone. For me this is something great. It took over 4 years to make the first 100.000. Now it took just about an year to make it double. I have reason to believe that TubeNet is well on the right track.

Second thing is the fully new TubeNet Registration system. It has been a huge - over 12 months project to be carred out.

The new system allows the change of registration details on-line. This is something that has been a problem before when the register was still manually operated. The traffic on TubeNet started to be so huge that it often took nearly a month before the update was on-line.

The system has been up for 3 weeks now and people have discovered 5 bugs already which have been corrected. I would be surpriced if no more bugs would apprear. So please, do accept my apologies if there are something misbehave on the system. Also, please let me also know about them so that they can be corrected.
