Incorporated July 19, 1999 under the Allied Steel Group. Established to carry out the international marketing and sales activities originally performed by the producing mills. Working under exclusive distribution agreements with partner mills, SEPCO represents: Nikotube: Closed Stock Company Nikopolsky Stainless Pipes Plant (Ukraine), Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant (Ukraine), Novomoskovsk Pipe Producing Plant (Ukraine), and Mogilev Metallurgical Works (Belarus). In the stainless steel sector it represents: UVIS: Closed Stock Company Nikopolsky Stainless Pipes Plant (Ukraine) SEPCOs main office is in Lugano Switzerland, a location physically closer to the European markets and enabling the recruitment of marketing and sales people who have expertise within the industry. With the addition of three offices: Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine (1999); Houston, Texas (2000); and Milan, Italy (2001). SEPCO currently employs 20 people worldwide specializing in the sales and marketing of tubes and pipes.
