We offer the world's most capable Weigh/Measure/Stencil (WMS) equipment for OCTG producers. Our systems feature a Roll-Down Scale that can capture individual pipe weights in less than 2 seconds per pipe. We have length measurement systems for both stationary and in-conveyor applications, with minimum 4x the accuracy required for API applications. Our Compact WMS has a capacity of over 200 pipe per hour, and can be installed in less than 10 ft. of table space. Our stencil applications include both air-atomize applicators and drop on demand types. All of our applications are complete to include full tally reports and links to our producer's data bases for immediate shipping and inventory updates.
