Chiao Sheng strives to provide complete tube bending solution for customers Founded in 1982, Chiao Sheng Machinery Co., Ltd. (CSM) is a tube bender manufacturer serving the industries of auto parts, ship building, aerospace, furniture, sporting facilities, air conditioning and building supplies, as well as the heavy and petrochemical engineering industries, worldwide. The products of CSM range from CNC automatic tube benders, TNC automatic tube benders, twin headed compression tube benders to tube end forming equipments. CSM has released several new models tube benders, among which Models CNC 30/38/50 TBRE as shown, several new advanced designs already patented in Taiwan, the USA, Germany and China,. They are all with a rigid and compact bending head, offers very much free space for tube bending. This series machines are 4-axe electric controlled and with both conventional rotary draw bending and push bending functions. In addition, the tube benders feature an IPC-based Windows operating system with colorful display for performing some sophisticated functions, including the 3D simulation of preset bending programs to predict possible interferences prior to the actual production, so that any possible abnormal conditions of interference during the production can be located and avoided. To ensure the user-friendliness, PC-based control system with colorful touch screen provides on-screen graphic instructions for a friendly operation. With the investment in research and development, CSM has consecutively won awards National Innovation Research Award of Taiwan in 2002 and the Symbol of Excellence in March this year.
