The production rate depends on the complexity of the forming application and can attain up to 1000 parts/hr. The forming machine can be : * hand operated for low production volume, * semi-automatic, * fully automatic for high production volume. The fully automated machines are equipped with CNC user-friendly systems to control the entire process. All tooling (dies, mandrels, etc) are produced and tested in-house. For specific applications requiring development, our engineering department will provide the entire forming process as well as the required tools.
