TW Metals Inc, UK, has announced the appointment of Aldo Miceli as vice president and chief information officer. In his new role, he will manage all information technology initiatives for the company's worldwide operations, including TW Metals UK and French operations in addition to Phillip Comes in the UK and Singapore. He says that "The aim is to employ the latest and innovative business applications in order to expand TWs customer base, improve customer service, control costs and improve delivery times for their growing range of special metal products and value added services." Aldo Miceli brings fifteen years of IT experience to this position. Prior to joining TW Metals, he was vice president of IT for ICT Group Inc., director of applications development for F. Schumacher & Co., and director of IT for SubMicron Systems, Inc - all US-based firms.
