Thermatool Corp. announces the completion of a unique state-of-the-art Alpha Flying Shear Cutoff to double cut both black pipe and conduit, dimple free, to final length on the same mill, in line, at speeds up to 600 feet per minute. The new Cutoff has the capability to cut a diameter size range from .706 inch up to maximum 6 inch by .250 inch wall. Up to 2 inch diameter will be cut at 600 feet per minute and over 2 to 6 inch diameters at 350 feet per minute. The Cutoff will be shipped in early Fall for installation on a new tube mill at a major U.S. producer.
