T&H Lemont, a member of the Thermatool Group, has recently introduced a line of precision engineered, economically priced roll forming systems. The new Rollmaster series includes: Models RA and RU - are high production machines, with Timken bearings, adjustable vertical centers and high speed drives to 600 FPM. The Model RA is gear driven and it available in four sizes with max gauge capabilities of .060", .075", .095" and .125" The Model RU is universal driven from individual pinch roll reducers to roll shafts with quick change versatility. There are three sizes with max gauges of .065", .135" and .188". Model DH - is a dual head machine with precision bearings in positive roll shafts, fixed vertical centers and spring loaded upper roll shafts. It has one stationary and one adjustable head for forming the long edges of wide panels in multiple widths. Four standard sizes are available with max gauges from .052" to .102". DH Machines also come with adjustable top rolls. Models DP and TP are plate type machines with fixed vertical centers on spring loaded pillow blocks for medium production requirements. Model DP has one inboard forming position and two auxiliary, while model TP has two inboard and two auxiliary positions. Each is available in four sizes from .052" to .102" max gauge. These machines are stocked in four and six station modules, permitting a minimal delivery time and a very competitive price.
