SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio, January 23, 2002 The former Employees of M&M Engineering Petrochemical Group, a division of Structural and Materials Reliability Technology, Inc., announced today that they acquired the assets, including all existing contracts of their former business unit, effective January 2, 2002.
Structural and Materials Reliability Technology, Inc., was a subsidiary of The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company of Hartford, Conn. at the time the assets were acquired. The former employees of M&M Engineering Petrochemical Group will continue to offer the same services through a new corporation, The Equity Engineering Group (E2G) Inc. The new corporation is headquartered in Shaker Heights with employees located in Houston,Tx and Elkton, Md.
