For welding closely packed stainless steel tubes and fittings in high quality pipeline systems a range of slimline weld heads are now available for these limited access applications. Orbimatic GmbH have launched the Orbiweld S series of weld heads which have a unique quick fit 'Snap In' collet system. This range of heads have been introduced into the UK market place with great success, securing orders for the Electronics, Offshore, Pharmaceutical and Aerospace Industry. The Orbiweld S series heads are manufactured in Germany by Orbimatic GmbH, they are typical of high specification German Engineering and are designed with the user in mind and the robust construction makes them ideal for on-site use. The Orbiweld S series can also achieve high production rates because of its extensive water cooling channels around the weld head body. All main functions of the process are controlled on an in-handle panel.
