The received PED / EN 1092-1 approval is for use of T-DRILL Flanging machines. The certification confirms the following:The collars with the nominal size range from ND 15 to DN 400 and the pressure class range from PN 2.5 to PN 16 manufactured by using the T-DRILL flanging machines meet the strength requirements set out in EN 1092-1, and may be used in pressure equipment. The certification states also a clear competitive advantage: the T-DRILLs hot forming option, that our competitors cant offer. This means that there is no need for additional heat treatment when using T-DRILL flanging machines.
