Kent has developed a new double end automatic deburring machine to deburrr the ends of extrusions. The machine utilizes two twelve inch o.d. cup brushes per side. The brushes, spinning in operate directions, completely deburr the ends of complex extrusions without having to rotate the part. The machine can be changed over in a matter of seconds. One head is fixed and one head is adjustable for different lengths. Simultaneously deburring both ends of the extrusions gives you very high production rates. The brush heads are also adjustable up and down to do a large range of sizes and offer quick easy set up. The machine can process extrusions as large as 6 o.d. The lengths are from 8 to 120 long.
