On November 30th 2010, Bronx International Inc., together with its UK subsidiary BronxlTaylor-Wilson Ltd. (BTW) and Abbey International, world leaders in the design and supply of finishing equipment, mechanical processing and machinery used to manufacture pipes and tubes, was acquired by the French company Fives SA Headquartered in Paris, France, Fives is an industrial engineering Group of diversified companies, having a combined annual tumover of $1.7 billion USD, involved in the design and supply of process equipment, production lines and tumkey plants for the world's largest industrial firms active in the steel, aluminum, glass, automotive & logistics, cement, energy and sugar sectors.
