The system is capable of dimple free cutting tubing ranging from .375" to 1.500" diameter x .095" max wall thickness at speeds of 300 FPM. Markin Tubing expects the cutoff to dramatically increase production and improve the cut quality of their full range of products. Markin Tubing produces Annealed Plain Finished, Copper Flash and Galfan Coated tubing. The DUO-CUT model cutoff has wide applications in the automotive, appliance and heat exchanger markets.
