This system utilizes the state-oftheart electronic controls along with high volume and high-pressure pump circuit for accurate, repeatable tube expansion. This pump/control system along with the AIRMO tube expansion tooling is the ideal complete package for any tube expansion application. The upper swivel pedestal mounted Nema 12 electrical enclosure houses all of the electronics. The operator has easy access to several settable expansion parameters by means of the PanelView interface. System expansion pressure is displayed on an easy to read digital meter. The lower cabinet houses all of the pumping system. The cabinet has three large removable access panels, along with a strategic system layout, to aid in the ease of system maintenance. The pump system utilizes a sturdy metal-housed water filter assembly. The heavy-duty industrial grade pre-fill pump assures quick filling of the tubes. With this pre-fill pump, along with the stainless steel high-pressure AIRMO plunger pumps, tube expansion cycles are extremely fast.
