AIRMO MODEL 400-M6 6-inch OD Modular Tube End-Former The AIRMO Large Size Tube Modular End Form Tool is the newest addition to our line of hydraulic actuated end form tools. Utilizing design features of the existing patented hand held size dedicated and modular tools, we have added the capability to end-form tubes from 3 inch to 6 inch OD. The M6 modular tools are actuated with the standard, integrated, portable Power Pack 400 while offering the user a wide range of versatility. The M6 modular tool can accurately create a variety of end-forms. It is designed for quick change from one size tube and form type to another by use of individual forming and gripping modules. The gripping module has quick-change collet sets to accept different tube diameters. The forming module can be easily converted to a number of different standard end forms such as expansion, reduction, flare, bead, etc. Because of the unitized gripping and forming modules, very close concentricity of the form can be achieved. This system can be configured to your specific single or multiple hit end-form application. The entire system is compact, 44 x 30 footprint, portable, and easily incorporated into fabrication work cells.
